In an interview with Khaneh Mellat, reacting to the G7’s excessive and hostile statement regarding Iran, Fada-Hossein Maleki said:
“The allies of the Zionist regime attempt to use their media influence to accuse the Islamic Republic of violating international law, while they themselves are the primary violators of these very laws.”

He added:
“The G7 member states must answer what action they have taken in response to the genocide committed against the oppressed and defenseless people of Gaza. Have they ever accused the Zionist regime? They must also answer the world’s public opinion: what steps have they taken to arrest Netanyahu and the other criminals of this regime who are under international judicial pursuit?”

Maleki continued:
“This comes at a time when we are witnessing repeated violations of the ceasefire in Gaza by the Zionist regime, and humanitarian aid is entering the region in a very limited manner. Meanwhile, the silence and inaction of the G7 members raise serious questions.”

The member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee stressed:
“The failure of Western countries—especially G7 members—to adopt a stance regarding the ongoing occupation and genocide of Palestinians completely undermines their human rights claims and once again reveals their double standards.”

The representative of Zahedan concluded:
“Accordingly, it must be emphasized that the deception and irresponsible statements of the G7 serve only to present a bleak image of the future of human rights before global public opinion, without achieving any other result.”
